Please be advised that all transactions finalized on our store are considered definitive. Hoomenvuo does not accommodate standard returns or item exchanges. The only exceptions to this rule are instances where a product is verified to possess a manufacturing defect or when an incorrect item has been inadvertently dispatched.

Damaged & Substandard Items

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our Ceramic Plates, Serving Bowls, and Artisan Mugs. In the unfortunate event that your parcel arrives broken, faulty, or mismatched, your initial step should be to reach out to our customer service department. We pledge to cooperate with you fully to establish an equitable remedy.

We ask that you thoroughly examine your ceramic goods immediately upon arrival and submit your notification to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Upon receiving your request, our compliance team will review the evidence to determine the best course of action. Remedial measures are evaluated individually depending on the circumstances and may result in issuing a product replacement, a partial reimbursement, or a total refund.

Reimbursements

Once a full or partial financial credit is authorized as the solution to your claim, the designated amount will be reversed back to the credit card or payment financial institution used during checkout. Please allow a window of 7 to 12 business days for the credited funds to reflect in your balance. Be mindful that the exact availability date depends entirely on the operational timelines of your bank or credit card provider.

Product Exchanges

Standard exchanges for different styles, sizes, or colors are not permitted. Product replacements are strictly limited to items that are proven to be structurally impaired or defective upon arrival, subject to prior authorization from our team.

Unsanctioned Returns

We explicitly request that customers do not ship any merchandise back to our facilities without direct written guidance from our support staff. To qualify for any form of compensation or resolution, an official claim must be initiated first.

Any parcels delivered back to us without our advance consent and an validated claim number will be rejected. Avisontek Technology Co., Limited holds no liability and will not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for any unsanctioned shipments.
